The Country House: established in 1985, is one of the finest assisted living facilities in Northern California. Designed for seniors who can no longer manage on their own, yet do not need 24-hour services of long-term skilled nursing care. Provides a balance of residential living, health, and recreational services, and assistance in daily activities. The Country Commons is an assisted living residence specially designed for seniors with Alzheimer's, dementia, or high care needs. Provides assistance and supervision for daily activities such as eating, bathing, grooming, and bathroom visits. The Country Club is an adult day program within The Country Commons which focuses on meeting individual's specific needs and interests. The ideal solution for family caregivers who need assistance while caring for loved ones with memory loss.
