As part of our Water Resources and Water Quality Services Department, Hanover Environmental Services, Inc. provides water quality monitoring and prepares stormwater pollution and prevention control plans (SWPPP), install BMPs, and conduct monitoring.
Our Environmental and Community Planning Services Department integrates Hanover 's scientific and technical departments with our planning services to provide comprehensive environmental impact analysis and CEQA documentation for all resource topic areas. We prepare CEQA Initial Studies, Environmental Checklists, Mitigated Negative Declarations as well as Environmental Impact Reports (EIR) for projects as small as a single parcel to thousands of acres in size. Hanover Environmental Services Inc.'s extensive experience preparing Clean Water Act 401, 404, Streambed Alteration Agreements, NPDES permit applications and coordinating and acting as project liaison with agencies allows us to provide the most efficient and cost-effective approach to complying with current environmental regulations.
